A bit about our team

Hannah is a Director of Little Hens. 

Hannah also is a Director for Happy Hens and runs New Road Preschool as the Manager. Hannah has a Level 3 Cache in Childcare and Education. Hannah has also worked in Nurseries before becoming Manager at New Road. 

Jeanette is a Director of Little Hens. 

Jeanette also is a Director for Happy Hens.

Jeanette has a Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People's Workforce and has completed a EYFS Teaching Higher Level 5 Course. 

Jeanette, before opening Happy Hens and Little Hens had been a Deputy Manager for 4 years at a Preschool and was a childminder for nearly 20 years. 

Lauren is the Manager of Little Hens and deals with the day to day running of the setting.  

Lauren has a Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification. Lauren has worked in childcare for 6/7years and loves watching the children grow and learn. Lauren loves singing songs and getting involved in messy activities with the children. In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on walks with her French Bulldog Luna.

Dawn is qualified in Level 3 Childcare Early Years.  Dawn has worked with Little Hens from the very start. Dawn has  lived in Over for 13 years with her husband and two children . Dawn enjoys spending time with her family going for walks and to the beach . She likes to go to the gym and have taken part in two 24 hour spinathons for charity. 

Karen has a Level 3 Childcare qualification.

Jada is qualified in Level 3 Childcare Early Years.  Jada started with us as an apprentice and we have seen her flourish into an amazing practitioner.
